This accord consists mainly of fragrance notes that inspire an androgenous feel and flavor, and that either contains, emulates or accents the calone compound -- a seabreezy, salty type feel with slight floral notes. It is used to give the olfactory impression of a fresh seashore through the marine and ozone nuances. Some modern fragrances with calone or a calone-like feel are Dune for Men, Cool Water for Men, Kenzo for Men and Women, Issey for Men and Women. |
