| Same Day Rush Fee (Orders between $0-$100): Rush fee for same day shipping. This will advance your order ahead of others in the queue for early processing. Fees are $10 for every $100 increment. Orders must be placed online or by phone by 12 p.m. EST for it to be shipped that day. If an order is placed with a rush after 12 p.m. EST, it will ship on the next business day. Please note that rush orders will not ship on days which we are closed (Saturday & Sunday, as well as any noted closings on our main page). Instead they will ship on the next open business day. In the case of back orders, we will call you to ask for potential replacement items. If we cannot get in touch, we will refund or hold the backordered items and ship the balance of the order.
