Matt S - 11/22/2009 Smells like a bait shop but also has the hints of water, very good as a blender a touch in an ocean scent really is nice. This was an SOS in paraffin candles. |
Nichole S - 10/15/2009 I purchased this fragrance in SOS formulation to be used in soy wax. I believe this fragrance to be more for an ocean pier not a lake pier. It has a melon scent on the top and a deep dirt and mossey scent when hot. Very unique! I had it originally for The McDonalds Big Bass Splash Tourn. here in Texas. Although it is nearly true to scent they did not purchase any from me. It does have an offencive scent I can not place. Maybe the right person will come along! |
Holly Z - 07/01/2009 Not quite as aquatic as I\'d have liked, and not as woody as the fishing piers I\'ve been on, but a nifty scent nonetheless. Salty, with an almost floral component and something that flirts with a dried-fish note. Mixes well with dirt and wood.
SOS Response: This reviewer is very accurate in her comments. Fragrances, even the most unpleasant can have extremely good uses for making unique and original scents. It is well known, that even some of the most intriguing fragrances have notes that are nauseating on their own -- but it is the only way to get some unique originals. |
