I tested the free sample I received in SOS Concentration as a body oil. This is a great scent, worked well and lasted long, but it is extremely over priced. I don't like to recommend other Fragrance Oil sellers here but I highly suggest shopping around on this one! I have a patchouli scent that is exactly the same, possibly a touch stronger and it costs half as much! My rating figures in the price on this one as well. Based on scent alone I would give it 5 stars but I could not justify spending that much for the same quality I can get somewhere else at a much more affordable price.

I received a bottle of the SOS concentration with my order. I feel that this oil has a strong mediciney quality. However Patchouli is one of those scents that you either hate or love.

Patchouli is a smell you either love or hate. This patchouli is nice in cold process soap (manufacture grade) and I have lots of repeat customers for it. In cosmetic grade, it is also wonderful, and I have repeat customers for the oils and incense. Love it!

it smells like fresh potted dirt SOS Response: Yes, patchouli to some smells like dirt. It is very close the essential oil and it has an earthy, sharp and moist woody scent.

(SOS used - bath& body mediums - salts, gels, oil, creme) This scent is strong -- too strong I can't blend it with anything It's like the ultimate hippy scent I guess I mean it smells like the back room of a record shop I once went to I'm not sure if it'sa good thing
