Much better than unrefined, no nutty scent at all! Works great with cocoa and mango butters!

I made several purchases of SOS refined shea butter and used in many different applications such as soap, body lotions and bath bombs. The refined as virtually no fragrance and blends well with other oils....

I prefer refined shea butter. It's so much easier get good results when mixing this product with fragrance oils, because I don't have to contend with the nutty odor of unrefined shea butter. In addition, it is an excellent moisturizer....

I add this, cocoa butter and jojoba oil to the lotion base and it feels great. I have severe exzema and it cleared up overnight and my skin is sooo soft without feeling greasy. No more expensive medications that don't work for me. Wonderful!...

I finally found the right product to make my strong perfume. Odorless, marries very well with the ultra cosmιtic grade concentrate. Consistency ideal once it becomes solid. Very Good

I love this stuff! I used this shea butter in lotions and they turned out great. But, keep this tip in mind when using this in lotions or creams: you need to make sure that the shea butter is kept in its melted/liquid form for about 20 minutes (via double boiler) in order to ensure that the butter is completely melted before adding it to your lotion. If you don't do this, the lotion can become grainy (due to the shea butter crystallizing). If this happens to you (graininess) it doesn't mean there's something wrong with the shea butter, it just means that you need to melt it for longer. Hope this helps!...

I have used the shea butter as an additive in cold process sosp making. It is pure white and odorless. It also melts into other oils very well. I highly recommend it especially because you can't beat the price!...

This shea butter is absolutely without scent. I have tried lots of shea butters and this one is the only one which works beautifully in my body butter and does not have that bad shea butter smell. It melts quickly and incorporates into the multibase without a hitch. Thanks, SOS. A great product, and I am an awful shea butter snob!...

I just love this! I've been experimenting with it and am not sure what is the best way to use if but it does beautiful things for my skin. I let it melt and added a couple ounces to a pound of your Premium Massage Oil . You have to shake it well before using but it feels so good on. I've been using it for a couple weeks now and it is the best after-swimming skin treat I 've found (I swim every day and my skin takes a beating). I divided it into 4 oz. bottles and added a little fragrance and gave it to a few friends to try. I hope they like it as much as I do....
