I used SOS GRADE as I always do for C.P. soap and I can not vouch if this is a good dupe or not because I've not smelled the real deal before but I can vouch that it is easy to soap with in C.P. full goats milk soap, Moves slow so you have plenty of time to add swirls and make it pretty. It makes an almost pure white bar and that was with me using frozen goats milk as %100 of my liquid. The scent came through great using 0.7 PPO. A fresh clean aquatic scent just beautiful!...

Originally, I did not think this smelled like the real thing, but now that I have put it on my skin, it smells just like light blue in the extreme concentration.

Beautiful Scent! Fresh ozone & citrus. Bought it in SOS, huge seller for me in MP soap, reordering now & upgrading to Ultra just because everyone loves this fragrance and I figure it will go farther.

I'm not really into aquatics scents but this scent by Dolce and Gabbana is truly a must have for the summer. It will start with a fresh scent, but the dry down is a delicate sweet ( NOT AQUOLINA sweet, mind you) inviting scent. A Truly Sophisticated summer scent. purchased Ultra Concentration....

An ocean scent for women that pulls it off wonderfully! I got this as a sniffie in the Extreme, and I'm ordering more today. Everyone loves it! So nice and clean.

Let me begin by saying that D&G's Light Blue is one of my favorite perfumes. I think it would be very difficult to duplcate the original. The only frgrance that I think comes close is I Love Love by Moschino, but those two scents have the same "nose" so that makes total sense. With that said, I decided to do a "smell test." I put the original on one hand and SOS's fragrance oil on the other, and waited for the dry down. In my opinion, the SOS version is a close copy BUT it misses the light clean citrus note of the original. I will also try the extreme blend to see if it comes closer to the original. I do actually like the FO, and I will try it in a reed diffuser and maybe some candles....

This scent is AWESOME!!! I wear the perfume and I used this in soy candles, it smells great, very close match. I used SOS , approx 5 oz. in 4 lbs. of soy and it came out great. Sold all the candles I made and no one could stop opening the candles and smelling....

This is another one of my new favorites. I used EC for perfume oil and lotions. Very strong and the scent lasts all day. Fresh and aquatic.

I have worn the scent light blue from d&g for several years now, i go thru a bottle about every 1.5 to 2 months. I thought this would be a cost effective alternative, but i was very disappointed, it smelled nothing like the light blue scent from d&g....

I thought this was an excellent duplicate of the original and it smells fantastic. I bought the SOS strength, which was good because I felt I had more control over the amount of overall intensity in my soap....

This fragrance smells nasty when smelled out of the bottle, but the dried down fragrance smells wonderful when dried down on my skin! I used the ultra concentrate and I'm very pleased. I use the actual D&G light blue so I know this is nice dupe. The strong lemon scent will fade smoothly ending in a nice fresh and sensual scent....

Just okay...missing the lemon topenote...overpowering cedar notes. .. not a good dupe. : (
Edited: This customer uses the oils in scent potpourri beads and mentions that for this application the scent in the bottle matches the scent on the beads. As we state, smelling fragrances OOB is never an accurate indication of the fragrance in every application as all fragrances change during dry down phases so SOS asks that you take all of this into consideration when testing for *your* application. This fragrance is very accurate when worn on the skin by the admission of many other customers....
