This is a yummy fragrance! It's a really warm fragrance, the only problem is that it's pretty light. Next time I might order a stronger version.

Purchased SOS for soy wax. Very suttle out of the bottle but I expected and wanted that from it. I love it and makes a great candle, Mix it right the scent will fill the house.

This scent is deceptively subtle out of the bottle, and I've noticed a lot of folks complaining that it's too faint. I felt the same, until I tried it as a blender. My goodness, what an amazing, true, wonderful sandalwood -- and it lingers, especially on the skin. I've used it in body fragrance blends (both SOS and Ultra concentration; I highly recommend the Ultra), and after I'm done mixing and spilling oils all over myself, this is the one I notice keeps haunting me. It's really, really beautiful, and gives so much depth to so many blends, especially sweeter concoctions. Give it a chance. It's the loveliest approximation of sandalwood I've found yet....

Sandalwood is not suppose to be intense. This is a wonderful stand alone scent or blender, which makes many other scents so much better, IMO. It is always in my cabinet and in my stock. I make incense, but it also very popular for soap, which I use to also make. Men and women love it....

This starts out with a slightly sweet edge, and what I can only describe as a not-unpleasant 'dusty' smell. When the fragrance begins to develop, it has more of a soft, woody quality, but from start to finish, I pick up a subtle but noticeable sweet aromatic scent which reminds me of cinnamon or some other sweet spice. Overall, this is a lovely scent, and adds a nice, gentle note of sweet woods to blends. Very nice. I wish I was more directly familiar with the Tunisian sandalwood oil to make a comparison, but I do like this very much. Tried this in a body cream base and will be using it in a blend for perfume....

This is in my top 5 favorite scents purchased from S/O! Warm, sweet, a perfect balance for Sandalwood. This one is great on it's own, but seems to blend well with everything. I use this in many of my fragrance blends to add a nice round base. And of course, this makes for an outstanding incense....

I purchased the SOS concentration for use in MP Soap Making. As the description says, it's very light smelling when smelling it out of the bottle, but once you use it, throws a lot further than you would imagine...and only gets stronger the longer you let bars dry/cure. Blends wonderfully with Rose oil....

I used the SOS concentration in incense. It smells really good but is a little on the lighter side. I will probably try the ultra next time.

This is one of the best TRUE sandalwood scents I have smelled. It is meant it be a lighter fragrance (in SOS con ) and was dead on! I am sure ULTRA & EXTREME are more then enough.

Hard to judge smelling only top notes out of bottle, but makes fabulous smelling incense, one of our best sellers. Not so strong as candle scent

Very very very light fragrance. I don't like it at all. In the bottle it is barely noticeable so I did not use it in my candles.
