I have gotten the Lychee before and it was fantastic. I use it in some of my perfume blends. What I received this time around is an entirely different scent. I could tell before opening the bottle because the oil is a different color. The scent is... bland. It's not licorice, because I have SOS's licorice. It smells more like something between Lychee and Licorice, but it's such a faint scent that it's difficult for me to make out. I'm extremely disappointed because the lychee scent is used in one of my best-selling perfumes, and I'm not sure what to do now....

Yuck. This smells exactly like Black Licorice. I don\'t get Lychee fragrance at all with this one. SOS RESPONSE: We will reship as occasionally Licorice gets mispoured in its stead from confusion.

Idk why 3 stars - this I think is perfect lychee. Very natural, pleasant yet 'childlike sweetness'. Strong OOB - Extreme Sniffer Sample.

a nice balance of sweet and sour off the top, not overwhelming. somewhere between mango and strawberry. unlike lots of other fruit FOs, this one manages to maintain its top once it's on the skin.

Bought this as a sniffie, so Extreme Concentration. I used it for a body oil, and it definitely needs to be mixed with something. It has a sweet licorice smell to it. I am not fond of this. It makes me kinda squint. I was expecting something different....

I ordered this scent as a sniffie sample, and I don't know if I was given the wrong scent or it was mislabeled, but this didn't smell like lychee to me. It smelled more like sweet black licorice. A nice scent none the less, but not what I was expecting! Nothing like lychee at all, I'm afraid!...

I ordered the sos concentration as a sample, I am not sure what lychee fruit smells like but I love this. It smells lightly tart and plum like with a slight sweetness to it. II used this to make a fragrance oil it blends very nicely....
