This is a pleasant celery note. Could pass for green pepper note. Bought sniffie for perfume application.

A decent enough celery. Not as bitter as I was imagining but it does smell just like celery, maybe a little softer than I was expecting.

I bought this in extreme concentration to use in a perfume recipe. It is an exact duplication of what celery smells like; clean and succulent with lush greens. I'm thinking this could be used in aquatics or to round out florals and bring out the green notes. Good job guys!...
