I agree with the others, this is an excellent cucumber scent. Fresh, green and wet, a hint of skin. I've tried a lot of cucumbers and this is probably the most realistic I've sampled. Sniffy, used for perfumery. I will most likely get more of this for blending when I order next....

Best cucumber scent I have found and so I will continue to buy from here when done. Bought in extreme and I use for candles and blending in oil perfumes....

If you want a fun different scent for a spring CP soap, this one is great. I'm using this to boost my cucumber melon scent combo.

I received 1 oz of this fragrance in SOS concentrate as part of the Apothecary Sampler pack. Of all the FOs in the sampler, the cucumber was the one I didn't think I'd ever use. But I was so intrigued by the scent OOB that it was the first one I soaped with. OOB the cucumber was obvious. The middle and base are slightly powdery and floral with a nice earthiness. I used 1 oz PPO in RTCP soap in which I replaced 100% of the water with fresh cucumber juice. It soaped beautifully with a 33% lye concentration with no acceleration. I can't comment on discoloration as the juice required a small amount of green coloring to offset the browning (of the juice and lye mixture). The cut soap smell of fresh cucumber; I don't detect any scent morphing. If my customers like the facial soap I made with this I will definitely purchase more in the future. Great job, SOS!...

Nice scent that smells very close to the real thing. Strong throw in soy candles.

I was disappointed with this cucumber. I bought it in ultra concentration, and it is still very light. The top notes smell like cucumber, but there is something underneath. I was looking for a cucumber that made one hungry, that would be appetizing. This wasn't it. This is more of a woodsy, greenery and plant sort of smell. Maybe like cucumbers still on the vine, not sliced and prepared for eating....

I have never smelt a more true fragrance than this one. The minute that I opened the bottle, I could smell fresh cucumbers as if they were freshly cut in a bowl next to me. Definately very impressed by this oil!...

This cucumber is perfect! I really like all the apothecary fragrances. I use them SOS concentration for my own blends for body oils and perfumes.
