(perfumery) Wow, this one's fun. A hybrid of carnations and paperwhites--a complicated and minerally scent. Only a TINY hint of yellow-rose sweetness, this is overall a dry scent and dries down to a very sophisticated old-world powdery note. Gives a classy old-fashioned feeling to blends....

This is the closest carnations scent I have found so far...smells just like my great grandmothers flower beds. Once poured into soy wax for candles, the fragrance is beautiful and it has become a customer favorite....

Dianthus is a well loved best seller with my customers. The scent is divine, a light, spicy floral. Smells natural and just right at SOS concentration for body oils.

SOS used in soy candles. First batch I bought must have been bad. Company sent me another, plus concentrated. Much better. Clean smelling to me.
