My first encounter with this smelled of grape Kool-Aid, a cola hint that I sometimes get from frankincense and a peppery note that might be cedar. It reminds me a lot of Poison from the 80s, so as a complex, layered perfume in the frutiy oriental vein, this is excellent. Not something I can use in my own perfume making, but would be a nice scent for gifts sets of soap/lotion/roll on perfume for those who like a rich vintage-type scent....

We bought this scent in SNIFFIE for incense. It is unique, somewhat. It does remind me of some classic perfume powerhouses, although I do find it to be too 'Avon-y'

Concentration: Ultra Application: Cream Soap I usually purchase fragrances with a lot of good reviews, but the description of this one sounded so good I decided to give it a shot. I thought it would be quite a bit darker, but it's more of a sophisticated candy-like fragrance. OOB, the first whiff is strongly blackberry with a touch of what seemed to be mint. In cream soap, the mint fades and leaves a darkly sweet fragrance. Although I generally prefer florals over fruit scents, Midnight Moon is just so beautiful it's definitely going to make its way into my regular rotation....
