I purchased this along with my 2 other favorite colognes, Fierce and Pi, all in the Extreme concentrations for use in cologne making. I'll post reviews about the other two at a later time. While I was fairly pleased with the other two (which I'd purchased samples of first to be certain, and just assumed this would be as good), this fell quite short both in terms of strength and hitting the original Cerruti Image for men on the nose. I mixed a 40% oil to alcohol (in the extreme) concentration, and shook it and let it rest for a moment, sprayed it several times to clear the vaporizer, and then tested it against the original on my skin. The strength was perhaps 20% of the original (I mixed a concentration that would be considered extrait de parfum, whereas the bottle I have is eau de toilette), but the scent wasn't anywhere near as good. It smelled more like a cheap women's fragrance than Image by Cerruti for men. It smells dank, artificial, and much more musky than the original - wherein...
