Cashmere Mist has been my favorite, my signature, my every-single-day fragrance since I got it for Christmas in 2001. I have wanted to find soap, shampoo, lotion, conditioner and bath bombs with that fragrance, but nope. Then I found SOS! Your interpretation is, in my humble opinion, SPOT ON. Everything from that super light, musk-and-powder undertone, to hints of wood (sort of amber-ish), to the lightness of white flowers, is so so so perfect. I made hot process soap. OH MY. It is fab. I just made lotion and WOW! I am beyond happy. Thank you so much for making this stuff! It doesn't get any better. Gonna get more. Today....

Well, this fragrance smells good... but the smell is hardly woody. I would say more like a medium sweet powdery floral. It is very light, and I have to agree with the customer that said it smells like something the "season saints" would wear at church. I purchased the SOS which worked well in body lotion and perfume....

This is a very attractive fragrance. I really like this one. This is a good one if you're getting all dressed up to go out somewhere. Good for dawn and night wear. Great job SOS!

The description doesn't seem to fit the scent at all, to my nose. I definitely wouldn't call it arid or refreshing. It's very sweet and smooth, more like a comfort scent to me. I can't really smell the woody notes. It's soft and very feminine, and I really love it as a perfume. It is probably too heavy as a summer perfume but will be wonderful in cool weather....

I also purchase Donna Karan type Cashmere Mist oil l and think it's a dead ringer for the original. Beautiful scent and I could smell the SOS concentrate all day. Love it!!

A wondeful soft fragrance ! I have the original and this oil is almost the same. I love, love it. I used it in M&P soap and I also made soap petals which I use in my bathroom. It smells heavenly. I bought the SOS grade.. My next project is a fragrance balm...

Extreme--Perfume Oil, Matches the name --classic type scent. I won't call a classic-FRESH-, I would call fresh something young, new, vibrant, light. This is not a young, new, vibrant, light scent. The scent is very "makeup counter" "Chanel #5"--To those who are young and have smelled Chanel #5 and thought to themselves--"Monroe wore this??"--This is a scent that my mother would like, or my grandmother even. (Sorry ladies, I'm just trying to explain the scent). Although, there are those of us--at any age--that like anything classic--so age neutral, this would be the scent for all those tried and true....

I also purchase Donna Karan Cashmere Mist . I brought the extreme concentrate.It too smell very good but it just too weak. within minutes the scent is gone . My customers were disappointed Come on guys you got to do better !.....

I used the EC in a M&P soap. I used about a Tbsp. to a pound of base. It mixed well and the fragrance is still holding three weeks later. The fragrance is a PERFECT copy of the original. My DH bought me the perfume for Christmas a few years ago and I've been hoarding it! I now know that all I need to do is use this and make my OWN soap, body spray, etc.. and save a LOT of money! My next project will be a body powder and a CP soap!...
