Not really an oud scent, but it does smell wonderful. Earthy+Resinous in character. I've used it on its own in paraffin candles and have been presenting the scent as simply Frankincense, as I've had a hard time finding a frankincense oil that I like. Many just smell too clean or like cheap cologne. So far reception has been very positive, multiple people saying it's "the best" frankincense they've smelled. Hot throw at 6% in paraffin is on the lighter side, and is also easily overpowered by other oils despite being fairly bold OOB. But it does smell wonderful on its own and is doing well marketed as a softer yet earthy and resinous scent....

Nothing like Dehn Al Oud by Al Rehab - which is not an expensive brand in the Middle East - pity this one does not come close. Nonetheless, it is a nice light scent that can be worn alone or a blender....

I was hoping this would be a true oud scent for blending. I get motor oil, tar and oud, but far less oud than the other notes. Should mix interesetingly in dark blends, but by itself it's pretty strong and chemical. It's the closest so far to real oud in the SOS fragrances I've tried, but still not there. Living in hope! I tried this in the SOS concentration. i can't compare it to the original it's based on as I haven't tried that....

This smells exactly the same or extremely close as very expensive Dehn El Oud very well known in the middle east and it's very expensive ( The Authentic essential oil of course as this is synthetic ) so i will rate 5 for this fact but the smell itself needs a hero to wear it very strong smokey medicinal smell way far stronger than M7 and Oud wood if those are oud refrences to you...

A surprisingly "wet" variation of Oud. A earthy fragrance similar to patchouli that smells vaguely of incense, old wood and dirt blended together with a harmonious underlying note of something phenolic and resinous, presumably the agarwood essential oil. It is neither smokey nor intensely dry, like other Ouds, and the sap-like qualities last throughout it's burn. I was very surprised by this version. I will be ordering it again to use in fragrance blends! Used at Ultra Con....
