I purchased a sniffie in Sinner a while back, I didn't like it much and into my drawer of forgotten samples it went. I didn't think it was an awful scent, but not amazing either. Today, I was sifting through the forgotten samples and noticed Sinner, took another whiff and thought "Hey that's actually not too bad." I dabbed some on my wrist and went about my business. It's been about 30 minutes and the drydown is less harsh & turning into something wonderful! This a classic case of "don't judge a scent straight out of the bottle/vial." It's warm, spicy, subtly sweet, and I'm getting a kind of gothy, but girly vibe from it, definitely a nighttime sent, which isn't bad at all. I don't detect much patchouli, which is good for me because I'm not a patchouli fan. I've never smelled the original fragrance, so I can't compare, but this fabulous....
