I got a sample of this in the extreme concentration, having never smelled the scent-sy version I can not comment on how close this smells to the original. What I can say is I like it! It sort of reminds me of JoMalone Pomegranate noir but with less of the incense note. The scent is very strong but not over powering and it last a long time on the skin....
