There's a spicy warmth missing from the SOS version I purchased when compared to the original, which I own. I bought this to make faux-pourri because I prefer it in room scent over having it on my body, and it is a gorgeous scent. This is a good little contender and much better than I expected. I may try ultra on the next go but I am still impressed by the SOS. I'm not fancy with the craft so I mix the FO with water and then spritz it over a bowl of silk florals. Cheap, cheerful, and very simple....

Got the ultra con. Not like the original amber narguile but it has a common nots. Mm good but not what i was expecting. The drydown is better than the initial spry.

This is more like a cross between Ambre Narguile and Angel. It reminds very much of Angel, but has amber, chocolate, coconut and slightly boozy notes along with the woody ones. I like it, but it's not Ambre Narguile (which I own and love). Call it a rich amber gourmand. It's lovely, useable and would make decadent soap. As an SOS original, it would get easily 4 stars, but as a AN dupe, it's not that close, so three only....

Received as a sniffie sample, More feminine but a man can wear it too. Similar to middle eastern style attars. Sweet, caramel, light vanilla, like boozy berry.

Quite like this one. Not sure how the original smells but it's very similar to Angel with touches of spice. Extreme concentration wore right out of the bottle. Strong and long lasting.
