I tried the SOS concentration for mixing in perfumes. Straight out of the vial, this is a bright Violet with a cool note that could be concrete after rain, if only in suggestion. It dries rapidly to a lovely candy tuberose and bright sweet violet with some green notes. Even has a touch of iris in it as it goes along. Lovely, bright and fun, though not much for cement, as others have noted. Still, I like it as-is....

Bought this in SNIFFIE for incense. It needs more cement as Violet is so potent it overpowers the cement element. I do own Brimstone which smells a lot like wet rock so I will mix it perhaps with that but I am a bit let down on this one. My boyfriend worked in a Cement Factory for 7 years so he isn't disappointed to not smell Cement but I am....

received this as a free sample and I am not sure what to think about this. I love the violet, but there is a bit of something unnatural as an after scent. It does have a great violet scent
