I bought this in the Ultra for incense. It is sweeter than I expected, but a nice alternative to other berry fragrances.

(Ex. Con.) Strong OOTB. Elderberries grow wild all over in my state and they are one of my favorite berries. SOS's version is dead-on. This scent is a little tart and astringent (just like the real thing), with a nicely balanced sweetness. It is almost similar to black currant. This is not sugary, perfumey or waxy. Nor does it have any vanilla....

got this in sos con. customer had requested this in an incense, now i know why. very nice scent, warm ripe sunny berries. glad i got it, will make extra incense for shop, and try it in bath crystals
