Ohhhhh my goodness, this smells EXACTLY like roses! Beautiful on its own, and nice for blending. Ultra conc, used in perfume oil and incense.

i keep looking for something to help shore up my pricey rose absolutes, but this is not quite it. smells almost like pure geraniol out of the bottle and never really develops any other character.

WOW! This is my favourite Rose FO now. This is closer to a true rose than the Floral Collection Rose. I received this as a free sample and it will be the only Rose FO I will start using in my perfume blends!...

A tantalizing rose scent. I used the extreme concentration in cold-process soap and body lotion and even my boys were thrilled with the scent. It did accelerate trace a bit but not enough to be a huge concern....

I love this fragrance! It smells just like the roses that grow around my front porch! I received 1 oz of this fragrance in SOS concentrate as part of the Apothecary Sampler pack. OOB it smells of roses--nothing artificial. I detect a hint of tartness, maybe Sour Cherry, that plays beautifully with the rose. I definitely pick up a little greenery as well. I used 1 oz PPO in RTCP soap with a 33% lye concentration. It accelerated slightly even thought I wasn't stick blending and as I was pouring the batter into the mold, I thought it was ricing. I didn't want to HP this batch for fear of loosing the rose so I covered it and left it alone. It came out great! I can't comment on discoloration as I colored this batch a soft pink. The cut soap smells great and the scent is very strong and remains on the skin. I will definitely be purchasing more of this! Awesome quality and a great price (and alternative) for rose!...

Received this as a sniffie in XC. My focus is mainly on blending for perfumery (solids, oils, and in perfumer's alcohol). I am always skeptical of synthetic rose scents, but I try new ones frequently, always in hope of finding that "holy grail" rose scent that can at least hold a bit of a candle to actual rose absolute in perfumery blends. Most fall very short, especially after you've worked with many varieties of real rose absolutes and essences - but their expense can be so cost prohibitive. I daresay that this may very well be THE best synthetic rose I've ever found. It's sharp and green and rosy out of the vial, but just the tiniest pin prick of the oil on the back of my hand envelops me in a wonderful breezy, realistic rose! It's reminiscent of the scent you'd imagine in a garden filled with roses moreso than the actual scent of the rose itself, if that makes sense. The green stemmy notes here are in perfect balance with the petal notes. This is absolutely a keeper - very potent, ...

Purchased Extreme concentrate...I LOVE it! Has a very authentic deep rose fragrance. I used it in cold process soap. My only issue was that it made the soap go to trace VERY quickly, but I was able to rebatch... My customers love this fragrance! Definitely will be purchasing it again!...

I have been hunting for a GOOD REALISTIC ROSE- I think I found it! Fresh cut rose scent with a hint of green & something a tiny bit dark... Reminds me of standing in a rose garden, picking a rose, & burying my face in and EXHALE = this scent. I do believe this one I will be ordering a large size of. Very very good work SOS, I was worried about a good rose scent, but now I worry no more! If you are looking for a "good rose scent", try this one, you won't be disappointed!...

This is a deeper, edgier Rose. I can definetely pick up the musks in this one. It's strong in EC so it really lasts a long time on the skin, too. Very sexy.

I grow over 100 antique roses and this scent reminds me of walking in the garden on a warm summer day. No cloying, heavy-handedness here, just pure, fresh roses. I ordered in Xtreme cosmetic for lotions. Has remarkable staying power as well....
