Create a free account by clicking Sign Me Up at the top right of the website. It only takes a minute, and it ensures your shopping cart is saved between visits so you can build an order over time.

When you're ready, click My Cart to review your items and see estimated shipping costs, then click Checkout to complete your order. Please review your order carefully — we cannot make changes once it is placed.

Credit/Debit Cards (online) — During checkout, select Authorize.net. All transactions are processed via secure SSL encryption. The name on the card must match your account name, and the billing address must match what your card issuer has on file.

PayPal — Select PayPal IPN during checkout.

Offline payments — If you prefer not to enter card information online, select Fax/Phone Credit Card Info during checkout, then contact us:

• By phone: Call (718) 858-7422 with your card information
• By fax: Fax your printed order and card info to (801) 382-1487

Money Order / Cashier's Check — Select this option at checkout and mail payment to: Save on Scents, 388 Third Avenue, Brooklyn, NY 11215. Please include the shipping cost in your payment. Orders are held for up to 10 days pending payment.

• Shipping rates are calculated by weight and package size at checkout.
• All orders ship via FedEx unless otherwise specified or ground service is unavailable in your area.
• Orders over 200 lbs ship FedEx Hundred Weight (approx. 20% savings).
• Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day (2–3 days during busy season or for specialty orders).
• Next Day Air orders placed on Friday arrive Monday. Saturday delivery is available in select areas for an additional $10.
• Orders outside FedEx service areas ship via USPS Priority Mail — please allow up to 2 weeks for processing.

Handling: A $2 (domestic) or $3 (international) handling fee is added to cover packaging and administrative costs.

Tracking: You will receive an email with your tracking number. Use the Track Your Package link at the top of the site to check your shipment status.

Orders are processed as soon as they are received. Please double-check your order before confirming.

• Cancellations within 1 hour of placing your order: no fee.
• After 1 hour: $10 or 20% restocking fee (whichever is greater).
• Changes to an existing order: $5 service charge and may delay shipping.

All cancellations and changes must be called in to the office at (718) 858-7422 or emailed to info@saveonscents.com.

We make every effort to keep products in stock. If an item is unavailable, we will attempt to contact you by email or phone for instructions. If we cannot reach you by the next business day, your order will ship without those items and replacements will be sent separately.

Special-order items (bulk fragrances, etc.) must be pre-paid and cannot be cancelled. Please allow extra time for these orders.

During our busy season (September through December), orders may take longer to process and ship. We cannot hold orders for out-of-stock items during this period. Please place special/bulk orders in advance.

If you need an order rushed, there is a $10 or 10% rush fee (whichever is greater) to prioritize your order.
