Now you can make your own Perfume, Eau De Parfum, Eau De Toilette, Cologne, Eau De Cologne, Room Spray & After Bath Spray! Our Perfumers' Blend is ready to use out of the bottle. The solvent content helps to prevent the perfume blend from evaportating before fragrance can be fully distributed. In our testing as well, it does very well as a base for a room diffuser. Please note special A.T.F. regulations on specially denatured alcohol before purchasing. Users and Resellers purchasing 5 gallons or more in a calendar year are required to file for a permit with the Alcohol And Tobacco Tax And Trade Bureau.
