IPM Isopropyl Myristate:
IPM is a great alternative to Perfumers' Alcohol when one needs to ship sprayable fragrance via air, or internationally. Not only does it have a very high flashpoint ( >300°F), it is also clear and odorless. This means that your now sprayable perfume blend will not have that alcohol smell that most standard perfumes carry. IPM can also be used a fragrance fixitive by helping to delay evaporation on the skin. Add up to 25% to your perfume blend, deducting the same amount from the Perfumers' Alcohol portion of your formulation. Additionally, IPM is great for cutting down the greasy feel of any lotion or cream base. Available Weight/Volume: - 16 fl oz (HDPE Bottle)
