I bought this as I love violet and I have several other SOS violet fragrances. I have to say, I am not a fan of this. I can detect very little violet in this scent and mostly a soft vanilla. While vanilla is a nice touch in a floral, it is too overpowering for me - I wanted a stronger violet with a kiss of vanilla and this is just about the opposite....

I received an SOS sniffie of this. It's very, very light and as expected is sweet, slightly green/floral and watery. I think this could work well in perfumery blending applications. I'm curious to see how strong it would be in the XC....

This is an absolutly wonderful scent! I cant say enough about it! If you are looking for a floral scent, but do not care for the rose understones of a lot of florals tend to have, try this scent. It s a"traditional" scent but tweaked a bit. My kids friends ( 17-22 years of age) raved over it, yet it would be appropriate for grandma as well. I purchased the xtreme and used it in soy candles. The scent filled a large room. I am buying more for bath products!...
