I purchased this scent for for a zodiac line of incense my husband and I have been working on. This is a fantastic oil, which we use in conjunction with SOS DPG. I always let it soak for 48hrs, and once it has dried for about a day and then tested, the undertones come out. Many people take the initial scent of an oil as what the burn, or 'thrown' scent will be. Please don't underestimate how heat will change its scent profile. If you don't like its initial cold scent, try a little in an oil warmer. You can't lose. Myrrh is a Biblical resin and many people will purchase this scent from you on that alone....
