I love nag champa and dragon's blood so this scent is perfect. Very soothing. Got it in extreme and made a body wash and in the Liquid Silk Base for a detangler.

Update on my last review: either there's been a reformulation or a mistake was made in filling my first order. My second purchase of Meditation Exotica in the Ultra was much lighter in strength and consequently didn't smell the same as the first batch I made with this scent. This impacted my sales, the customers didn't like it as well. I may try the Extreme next time I order just to see if the scent changes....

Very much an eastern incense smell. Diluted down, it makes a GREAT background for citrus. It is too intense for many average American users, though, on it's own. I'm still giving it 5 stars because it is exactly what the company portrays it as....

was slow to catch on , but when it starting selling it sold out fast. I ordered fragrance oil sos sample package. I love this one, i was iffy on selling anything with the name exotica being a single parent with children, but once i explained it was only a name the children understood. they ask me to burn one in there room which is ever rare, so if it past the children test it past every one elses. LOVE IT for my office and den, lives the house a nice feel of comfort for the home. on my list to we order for the year....

Used in 100% Soy wax it doesn't seem to burn well. We use the same wicks in all of our candles and this one just doesn't seem to want to burn....the oil burns slower than the rate of the wick and therefore it won't stay lit. Major bummer as this is a great scent. I think it needs to be used in something other thank soy candles or up the size of the wick considerably before trying it. Definately test it before putting it out to market....

This scent is more a meditative oil, but the mixture that it consists of battles cellulite, skin issues, and water retention, not to mention joint disease.

My method for judging a fragrance initially is to use the fragrance strips, and not look at the name of the fragrance. Therefore, my mind has no pre-conceived ideas of what it is suppposed to smell like.
With that said, immediately upon smelling this, was Earthy, Dirt, Sexy, Musky. This would be a wonderful fragrance for a man, as well as anyone who likes the natural less commercial type of fragrances. Excellent....

I bought a sample in SOS manufacturers grade. The OOB scent was unpleasnat to me until I burned it in an oil diffuser. Wow!! It reminds me of expensive Japanese sandalwood incense. I can't wait to try it in candles....

I mixed Meditation Exotica with Lavender into fine bath salts, that fragrance combination is incredible! For people who take showers instead of baths, try rubbing bath salts onto your wet arms & legs, it really removes flaky dry skin in winter. There's nothing worse than giving bath salts to people who just leave the container on a shelf for decoration, make salts for all your relatives this year and advise the shower-takers that it's for them, too!...

This is a very deep earthy scent, exactly what I was looking for. I also mixed it with Coffee Cake fragrance to sweeten it up a little in my oil burner, that made a sweet coffee exotic woodsy fragrance if you like to meditate with a big sugary cup of coffee....
