Love this kit. Yes, a little pricey but a great way to learn how to make incense. The colored sticks are recommended and you get an assortment of oils and sleds. Will repurchase.

Though a good kit, it's not as good a deal as the uncolored DIY Incense Kit. This kit currently costs $9 more for colored sticks that only cost about $3 more. You could get the uncolored kit plus about 700 colored sticks of your choice (right now selling for $1.24/100 sticks) for roughly the same price as this kit. However, the uncolored sticks are not as consistently good as the colored sticks from what I've seen, so if Saveonscents were to drop the price of this kit just a bit, I'd highly recommend it....

If you are looking for a great way to start making your own incense or, as in my case, a great way to sample these new colored sticks - this is THE way to go! Having not purchased unscented incense sticks for quite some time as I was not really happy with the quality of the ones that were previously available ... I am super impressed with the quality and texture of these new sticks. I might add that this DIY kit would make a great gift. Thank you SOS for keeping up the high standards with these top quality incense sticks...
