I switched from the regular to the extreme and it made a world of difference. The lower concentrations are much too sweet smelling, but the higher concentration is perfect. Just like the real thing.

I was a tad disappointed with this one. To me, it smells like plasticky sweet orange candy. Not what blood orange is suppose to smell like. It's not terrible but not what I was looking for. I will have to add something more tart to be able to use it....

I love how full bodied this blood orange smells. It's smooth and deep. Not astringent or overly sweet at all! This will go very well in my soaps. If you're looking for a pure orange smell this is fantastic. I would definitely get this over and over again....

I bought this in the ultra for my incense and solid perfume blends. This is a good rich orange, no candy sweetness and no sharp cleanser note. I will buy more of this one.

Great blood orange scent. Not as sweet or bright as a traditional orange, but sweeter and darker somehow. Almost earthy/bitter without actually being..that. I think it would be great blended with plant-y green notes (patchouli, mint, basil) and creamier foodie notes (cookies, vanilla) alike. I love that this isn't too candy-like, it's intense and biting and truly blood orange in character....

Used in CP soap at standard strength and 1oz. PPO. Scent is very sweet, would have liked more tartness/zest in the scent, but still quite nice. No acceleration or discoloration noted.

This is missing the sharp 'sour' scent of most orange fragrances. Which is good. It makes it easier on the nose and you still smell the orange.

1oz SOS for M&P soaping.(.5-.75 oz per pound of soap) Light fragrance, not strong or overpowering. Great along and a fantastic blender (mixed with mandarin SOS and tangarine E/O). M&P base (coconut oil and palm oil) which left a light fragrance, not very strong at all. Will wait to see how long fragrance lasts on its own....

Standard concentration for home fragrance oil blends. This is a sweet orange that smells more like a hard candy than a blood orange. Makes as a good sweet citrus mixer (like with spice) but doesn't smell like the real deal at all....

I got this one as a sniffy chosen by sos and boy was I a little upset when I read the name on the bottle, I am not a fan of anything orange. But this stuff is magic. Orange with an extra little zest. My husband loves citrus smelling fragrances and is pleased as we have finally found something "orange" we both love. It makes a wonderful fresh room spay. Thank you guys....

Extreme concentrate for oil blends and cosmetics. Beautiful fruity scent of orange with a tinge of exotic. Pleasant out of the bottle and even better after dry down. I reach for this one before strange orange. Another great scent from SOS....

I started getting this scent last year. I think it is amazing, and also been using it as a blender, with all spice, which is on special right now. Orange spice, an intense scent for my incense. Lots of customers, which is good for the profit margin. Getting more today....

I ordered the sample of this. I was previously familiar with regular orange scent, but I couldn't remember what blood orange smelled like. It was amazing. It was similar to a regular orange but more intense and slightly grapefruit like. A nice addition to a perfumers collection....
