I always like the smell of wormwood. It has a unique herbal green almost spice aroma that can be used in a classic or modern way. it is also heady, very aromatic, ever so slightly reminiscent of oakmoss. Always gives me Halloween vibes. ordered sniffie for candle making....

If you like trying different fragrance notes, this one is woody and herbal with some herbal sweetness. Kinda like a green hay, along with dry and green twigs. Have complexity. Almost resinous, spicy like I think of the color Black at the background of this but can also be considered a green hay, with grey dried twigs ...and green-ish twigs....

When I tried this on my wrist, it reminded me a bit of clove, but less sweet. It has a medicinal herb quality to it. It's like walking into an old-time apothecary and taking a deep breath. Very mysterious. I used it in Extreme concentration in a CP charcoal soap. It's subtle now but It has only cured for a few days and will probably become more pronounced....

Sniffie Extreme formula. I felt it was medicinal only straight out of the bottle. It melted into a warm yet green woody scent with a hint of peppermint.

Bought the Ultra and it's a slightly sharp, dry herbal scent. Not at all sweet, and not medicinal. This will work well with autumn/fall scent blends in candles. I plan to use it in a blend for men's cologne....

got this in sos concentration. use it to add a little earthy herbal scent to some of my mystic blends. goes well in mens products and incense blends

Like my previous reviewer I also do not know what this note should smell like. However, I love it anyway! A fantastic herbal clean woodsy scent that I mixed with amber and DPG to create amazing incense sticks. I use XC....

To be fair, I don't know what this should smell like. What it does smell like in the SOS concentration is sweet yarrow with notes of evergreen cedar; Sweet wet green and a suggestion of faint spice. I was going to use it in mixes, but it's so pretty all by itself I will probably just use it straight without embellishment. Lovely green scent that reminds me of hot summer nights and the smell of the evergreen cedar tree outside my window in the pacific northwest. Fabulous....
