I've found them to be VERY unreliable. I've had multiple customers saying that the cones will not stay lit and had to refund. There's no way to test each cone -- I've also had varying performance within the same bag! PLEASE improve the consistency of the cones --- when they work, they work great!...

These are my go-to incense cones. They are easy to make as well as the size is really good for retail packaging. No complaints thus far.

These are great! they stay lit and smell great once lit. Burn all the way through. Customers love it!

Unreliable - one bag was fine, but the second bag did not perform at all. Cones would not stay lit (unsoaked or soaked). We tried the ones from the top of the bag, and the bottom of the bag. And, since you can't test burn every single cone, we can't trust this batch and will be discarding after refunding our customers....
