I was a little confused on this one and could not match it with what I expected. It was a great scent overall, but not my all time favorite.

I have been trying desperately to duplicate that wonderfully divine scent from the early 90's I hoard the little bit I have left. Unfortunately like the others said, this one is not even close. Way too powdery. I was able to get the notes from Victoria's Secret directly but have not figured out the correct combination. I would buy it by the gallon if someone can come up with the correct formula. When I smell the real thing I smell Celery, yes Celery, Orris and sandalwood and orchid. This one would make a good Mature woman's perfume though....

Thanks SOS for sending me another sample of your version Victoria! this version is a teensy bit better but still not as rich, elegant and full bodied as the original. this reminds me of some talcum powder that Granny used to wear. It needs to be more woodsy & smokey for openers then rosy, powdery somewhere in there is a spicy/peppery bite. Need a sample of the real Victoria?...

I went through several bottles of the original scent back in the early 90's and sadly, this dupe is not even close. The original scent was warm and rosy, with lots of sandalwood, it was a "real" rose perfume, not aldehydic roses. This might be ok as an abstract rose type of fragrance, but it's not a dupe of Victoria, Got this as a sniffie sample, in Extreme concentration and it was intended to be used as perfume....

I absolutely Love my hoarded stash of Victoria perfume. Sorry SOS, this one misses the mark. This is similar but not as full bodied as Victoria. used ultra concentration in paraffin tarts and as a perfume....

Recently purchased victoria use 2 wear this my signature fragrance ...its close has more of a powdery smell but still very nice scent...
