Leathery but with faux leather plastic notes mixed in. Not best as a primary scent because of this, more of a minor addition to mix in. I was using Extreme concentration.

This smells more like Leather than the actual leather fragrance on your site. Definitely worth purchasing. I use it as a mid note in my men's cologne.

I really like this leather scent- i cant stop smelling it! One of my hobbies includes leathercrafting and this smells like walking into my local leather shop -the aroma of freshly tanned hides and supple luxurious leather skins laid out everywhere. It will add a nice rich and sexy masculine note to my blends- I purchased it in Ultra and strength is fairly good....

Got the extreme v. Not your typical leather , did not like it to be honest. I would recommend to try the sample before buying. It was a blind buy based on the reviews.

An amazing dry leather scent. A pinpoint of oil on the skin lasted all day. I suspect it would be difficult to scrub off. Great note, much more of a real leather scent than most others I've tried, which usually suggest vinyl or some kind of buttery 'suede' note. This is hard, tanned leather with a rigid dark shiny upper and a rough, unfinished lighter underside. Perfect. I will be purchasing more for my perfume blends. I tried the sniffie....

I use the SOS conc. in solid perfumes and perfume oils. This is my favorite leather to use, not chemical strong like some others. A beautiful, rich and almost dry note that adds a lot of dimensions.

This scent is a hit with some of my incense accounts, but a return for others. Good seller with most of my accounts, so I keep selling it.It smells like what I would think Russian Leather would smell like, strong!...

(Ex. Con.) Very strong OOTB. At first, this smells like the lawn & garden section of a store. But give it time and it will start to smell like leather. I would describe this scent with 3 examples; 1) A biker jacket 2) Freshly tanned and dyed leather 3) Like sticking your nose right up to leather upholstery in a new a car. Suede? No. Nubuck? Nah. Pleather. Nope. The sweet smell of a worn piece of rawhide? Uh-uh. Dark, rich, nose-piercing leather. Good job SOS team!...

I received a small sample of Russian Leather and, as previously stated, it's strong, rich, and does remind me of a new car smell. I will be ordering the oil in the future to revive my "new car smell" on my 13 year old car as well as mixing some up for my brother's limousine business....

this is NICE. extreme conc VERY strong and more than a drop or two will over power your blends. Smells like new car scent but I kept going back to it, great blender when you get a handle on it.

Have to say very happy with this leather scent as i'm a leather addict and have collected some of the best french imported leather scents on the market. This one for me came on nice and strong then rested for the length of the scent as a new car smell crossed with a biker leather jacket....

This scent is very strong, so much so that if the bottle is simply in the room-- I can notice it. However, I am pleased that it so strong because it smells wonderful. Exactly like a leather coat or new car interior. Its perfect for blending or even on its own....

I received a sample in EC. Smells just like an expensive leather shoe store! I am so impressed with the quality of this unique fragrance! Very mature and masculine. Blends well to add a twist on most male fragrance creations. Just don't put too much because it can overpower easily. TEN STARS!...

I chose to sample the standard SOS concentration to test this fragrance out. I was thoroughly impressed. Any stronger and even a small amount may completely over-power a blend. It's carnal and extremely sexy. (I detect castoreum and civet which compliment the birch tar, and a hint of oakmoss.) I'm going to try using this in an eco soy wax blend as well as a roll on body oil. It is so amazing by itself, but I think a nice deep floral would really make it shine. I love it!...
