Very sweet and juicy resinous opening, almost bubblegum-like. On the drydown you get more woodsy notes but the opening is a sweet airy resin smell that I can't point my finger on. Overall it's delightful and seems best on it's own as a stand alone frag....

I ordered a couple of Sniffie 6 packs... this is the first one I chose to try... and my first try of any SOS product. I must say this is incredibly strong, and think I should have diluted it in carrier oil or lotion before application. However, on its own in the potent Sniffie provided strength, it really has a lot of facets to it, already... and keeps on changing the longer it's on. I first got a blast of a Lemon Pledge... but that is dissipating. A half hour in, there was still lots of lemon (more like Meyer lemon), but with a pine resin note pushing through... and some very subtle incense smoke. I'll add more to my review as it morphs on. I can see how this would be a gorgeous scent diluted alone, in moderation, as a summer choice for incense lovers. I also think it will mix very nicely with many woods, smokes, other resins, ambers, white & yellow florals, and some spices/herbs... I look forward to its continuous changing on this raw, first application and future experimentation...

This is a fine way to add a dry woody resinous note without going the sandal, cedar or patchouli route. There is definitely a Western Hemisphere feel to it. Alone it may be a little too simplistic but in combination it is a winner. I have been working with the cosmetics grade in the SOS strength....
