Used in CP soap at standard strength and 1oz. PPO. A very sweet lime, would have liked some more tart/zest notes in fragrance. No acceleration, fading or discoloration noted.

(Ex. Con.) Medium strength OOTB. This starts out smelling like a lime lollipop (not sickeningly sweet), and it is not too bitter or sour. After it dried down on a strip, the scent morphed into a more mellow, fresh, and woody lime scent....

Bought the Standard in this and I have to agree that it is just this side of candy, but it is a good lime scent and there is no skunkiness that often plagues lime scents. I use it in masculine blends and I think the touch of sweetness is a plus in those....

I was rather disappointed with this fragrance that i ordered in extreme concentration. To me it is much too sweet on it's own and as others have described candy-like. Personally I was hoping for a more tart fragrance true to lime. However, I have been able to blend it with keynote:bitter and champagne fizz to achieve the qualities i was hoping for....

Purchased SOS for candles. A little strong under the nose right out of the bottle, but with a little pratice adding it to wax its a great smell. Loved it and its a great smell when melted.

Concentration: SOS; Application: Perfume test strip, M&P soap; Smells a little more candy or manufactured lime than actual tart, citrus lime. Still a nice lime, will most likely use it for blends rather than stand-alone....

I had fallen in love with the Bath and Body Works ginger lime scent, and, of course, they discontinued it. I ordered this SOS concentrate and mixed it with the ginger SOS concentrate to create my own version to use in shower gel and body lotion. It is truly a lime scent! The scent reminds me of fresh cut limes. And, a 50-50 blend with ginger is fabulous!...

Smells like the green Skittles candy out of the bottle. Mixed with a little aldehyde-type fragrance at 1 oz per lb oils (cosmetic grade) in an all-vegetable cold process salt bar (80% coconut/20% shea and castor). In soap it smells strong and still quite sweet, not a lot of bitter lime edge....
