This is not a sage scent and there is absolutely no citrus scent. It smells a lot like a mild "Old Spice" aftershave with a bit of spice and musk. I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering it. Its not unpleasant but not the scent I wanted....

Definitely not like Yankee citrus sage - not completely horrible. It may be good for lightly scented men's products

I purchased the SOS concentration to use in HP soap. I love the citrus sage scent by Yankee Candle so I purchased 1 pound. Wasn't crazy about the scent in the bottle. It's strong. I don't feel it's like the Yankee Candle Citrus Sage at all...in fact...I don't detect any citrus scent. I hope it lightens as the soap cures. I will market this as a "manly" scent. It reminds me of old fashioned after shave scent. This said it's not a bad scent, just not what I was expecting....

I used this oil to make container candles. Be careful.. this has a little twist when compared to Yankees original scent.. I can&#39t explain it.. just a little off.. still smells good though.. I purchased the same scent from another company and it was dead on.. I purchased the concentrate. I am curious about the other scent that is sold with the name "Sage and Citrus".. also by Yankee.. what is the difference? good luck...

Used this one in the CP Soapmaking process @ 1% usage rate. The fragrance out of the bottle smelled great. Scent mutated to a much much lighter scent & it doesn&#39t smell anything like the Yankee Citrus and Sage....
