There is a reason why lavender is in the top 5 bestsellers: because our cusomers love it. So buy it for your creations. I use it in my incense line. When I made soao, the top 2 sellers were lavender and patchouli. They would sell out really fast. The same is true with the incense, they sell out really fast. Buy some and try it out for yourself....

Extreme Concentration in EcoSoya Pillar Blend...The ideal lavender, strong kick but without that medicinal smell. Great cold throw in soy tarts.

We are using this sos lavender in our soaps, not too perfumery but just enough to be a classic best seller. We will continue to use this product in our milk based soaps.

Used it(SOS concentration) at cold process soaps.It doesn't accelerate trace, but doesn't smell at all like lavender. This may not be your best choice If you are looking for a pure lavender.

I have bought this fragrance several times in SOS concentration. I use it at 1 oz per pound oils in cold AND hot process soaps. It behaves well, doesn't accelerate trace, doesn't discolor the soap, and the scent lasts.....amazing for a subtle scent. One of my favorite scents, and my most requested. It has a slightly soapy smell, but does NOT smell like household cleaner or ammonia......just delicate....

Used in ecosoya cb advanced at 1 oz per pound. This is the closest thing to a lavender essential oil that I have found. Very strong and true. A great seller. I was not a lavender lover until now.

Got this in SOS and doesn't smell at all like lavender. Smells like household cleaner. This is the second lavender I've ordered and am not happy. Really hope the essential oils are as promised. Guess I should have ordered that in the first place....

My method for juding a fragrance is I use scenting strips, and I don't look at the name of the fragrance when testing so that I don't have preconceived ideas about what the fragrance is supposed to smell like versus what it actually does smell like. With that said, the first thoughts that came to mind when initially smelling this I thought of unscented furniture polish. After sniffing coffee beans, it became more lavender like, almost EO type. I'm not a fan of lavender, howerver, I am rating this on what it is, not my personal thoughts. So, it passes the test for lavender....

I purchased the sos concentration for use as general home use. I made the mistake of buying 8 ounces of it assuming it would be very nice. My order arrived and I am a very disappointed first time customer. This oil smells strongly of ammonia. Yes ammonia with a hint of lavender. Not at all what I expected.<p>SOS Response: The batch is fine. This Lavender is a bit softer and soapier than a true lavender EO type fragrance (or our Lavender Classic) which is more sharp, but it does not smell like ammonia as the other reviews demonstrate. The soapy feel may be what this customer is relating to as a detergent or cleaning type Lavender scent. If you want a truer type Lavender, we suggest the Lavender Classic or Blue Lavender Palmarosa Type....

I have been using this fragrance for years and it is my best selling lavender fragrance. Customers return just for this exact lavender fragrance. It's a keeper! Have purchased SOS and Ultra - really no difference in quality....

FANTASTIC..is all I can say...I can't keep this one stocked on the shelves long enough....This is as close to Pure Lavender as I grow in my garden. It's just beautiful...stunning....I am back for more...I can't wait to try this combo with my other scents. Am ordeirng more........

I used this Lavender all on it's own...and WOW...it is truly just like the lavender plant which I grow! My customers love it...I have also mixed this Lavender scent with French Vanilla...what can I say..equally as stunning! Definately reordering this one!

I used this in a cold process soap, and it was a big hit with customers. I sold out of this fragrance within hours of a weekend craft show. It's a gentle lavender, not overpowering, and it didn't discolor or accelerate trace. Will definitely use again....

This is defintely not as earthy/plant-y as I expected. I like it but it isn't what I was expecting. I purchased the SOS concentration and use it in body cream and perfume.

COMMENTS: Unfortunately not a huge fan of this one. The hot and cold scent throw in soy wax was great, but the fragrance itself was a bit too soapy for my taste. If you looking for a true, pure lavender, this may not be your best choice....
