This definitely has a cherry note to it, reminded me of Amaretto. I was hoping for a straight vanilla/almond scent. This does smell really good though and would be great in many products.

Very medicinal when in sos concentration used for perfume. Not at all pleasing. It smells wonderful in the bottle, though, so I'll have to find another use for it.

I guess I thought I would receive a more mild vanilla smell with an ice cream type overtone, but there was a strong cherry/almond scent that I could not get past.

Scent is described perfectly. It reminds you of ice cream. The scent holds up extremely well in body products (SOS). Thanks!!!
